EZ108-250888 EGD Buildings 1001 and 1002 Demolition

Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All bid submissions and required supporting documentation must be submitted before 11:00 PM PST, December 20, 2024. All bids submitted afterward will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Work of this Contract consists of execution of hazardous materials abatement, demolition of Buildings 1001 (also known as the Back Guard House) and 1002 (also known as the EDC office) and backfill/site improvements at the Esquimalt Graving Dock in Esquimalt, BC. This is the first phase (Phase 1) of a two-phase process. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase 2), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of a contract in Phase 2, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation. Following Phase 2 solicitation closing, bid results will be recorded and may be obtained by e-mailing a request to the address indicated in the Invitation to Tender.
