Technical Advisory Services - Additional Bridge in the East (ABE) Project

This procurement, being done on behalf of the Real Property Services Branch (RPS) of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), is for the provision of professional services from a Technical Advisor (TA) to support the development of the procurement strategy for the Additional Bridge in the East (ABE) Project. These advisory services will cover the following fields: commercial, architectural, engineering, environmental, related technical investigation, and engagement. The TA services are required during the pre-procurement and procurement phases of the Project. The provision of these real property professional services will support pre-definition activities, as well as the definition and implementation of the Project in the areas of procurement, technical and regulatory support, and Indigenous, public and stakeholder engagement. Annex Statement of Work further describes the required services.
