All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2025-04-09 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors for the supply and delivery of Certified Kosher Foods and Products, including but not limited to; fully cooked frozen dinner meals that are ready to be heated and served, miscellaneous items, whole foods, and Passover meals on an “as and when requested” basis for Correctional Service Canada (CSC) and Department of National Defence (DND), Ontario Region. The Ontario Region has been divided into 6 zones: Southern Ontario (1), Central Ontario (2), North Western Ontario (3), North Eastern Ontario (4), National Capital Region (5), and Eastern Ontario (6). The Request for Standing Offer may result in the issuance of up to three (3) Standing Offers per zone. There are two streams applicable to this requirement, Stream 1 - All Suppliers and Stream 2 - Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. Streams will be evaluated separately.
