The Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) for this file is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60MC-190001 and covers a requirement under the SA for the following Stream: Stream #7 Aluminum boat, less than or equal 6m in length. This NPP covers a requirement solicited amongst Supply Arrangement holders of Stream #7. In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a Supply Arrangement. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # E60MC-190001 and can be found on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS - https://canadabuys.canada.ca/en/tender-opportunities). Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority This solicitation is for the requirement of one (1), welded aluminum, 6 meter, T-Top, Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB); complete with twin engines and trailer, with an option for one (1) additional vessel and trailer.. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The responsive bid with the lowest price will be recommended for award of a contract.
