    Description
    1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60MC-190001 and covers a requirement from the following Stream of the SA: Stream 11 – Non-RHIB AB - Greater than 6 Meters – Aluminum - Non-SOLAS -Welding Certification Required. 2. The Esquimalt Graving Dock (EGD)- PSPC has a requirement to build one (1), 7.95 metre (+/- 15cm) aluminum landing craft workboat with console, hardtop and trailer in accordance with the Technical Statement of Requirement (TSOR) - Annex "A". The vessel configuration is a welded aluminum hull, powered by gasoline outboard engines. Bidders are to propose their best delivery date as per instruction in Annex B - Basis of Payment. The boat is to be delivered to the location identified in Annex B – Basis of Payment. 3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst Supply Arrangement holders. 4. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the various trade agreements identified in section 1.4.2 of solicitation 5. In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # E60MC-190001 and can be found on the Government Electronic Tendering System CanadaBuys at: https://canadabuys.canada.ca/en/tender-opportunities. Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority. 6. There is no security associated with this requirement.
