This procurement encourages Bidders to submit an Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) as part of their offer. See the solicitation document (Annex __: Indigenous Participation Plan Criteria) for a description of the specific IPP criteria that will be assessed for this procurement, and an explanation of how they will be evaluated. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for all labour, materials transportation and equipment required for the supply and delivery of potable water to DND Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.
