Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of various packaged oils and lubricants to the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), as and when requested by the Identified Users located across Canada. This requirement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements: Gwich’in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement, Tlicho Land Claims and Self-Government Agreement, Inuvialuit Final Agreement, Ta'an Kwach'an Council Final Agreement, and Kwanlin Dun First Nation Final Agreement. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is committed to promoting the procurement of environmentally preferable plastic products and the reduction of plastic packaging waste as per the Greening Government Strategy: A Government of Canada Directive, the Government of Canada actions on plastic waste in federal operations, and the Ocean Plastics Charter. Offerors are encouraged to use environmentally preferable packaging for all packaged goods to be delivered to the end user as part of this procurement.

The estimated contract period will be 10 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/05/21.
