    Description
    Transport Canada - Multi-Modal Safety and Security - Research and Science Collaboration’s (MMSS-RSC’s) Clean Marine program seeks to conduct testing of Zero Emission Propulsion Systems (ZEPS). All projects must be completed by March 31, 2029, with a proposed contract start date on or after June 30, 2026. The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian services. This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected.
