AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. Responses must be submitted on April 28th, 2026 by 2PM EDT. The Common Heavy Equipment Replacement (CHER) Project Bundle 1 Request for Information has been developed to seek input from industry on the factors that contributed to the unsuccessful outcome of the previous Request for Proposal and to gather recommendations to improve the likelihood of success in a future procurement.
