Amendment to response deadline closing time: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All bid submissions and required supporting documentation must be submitted before 2:00 PM EST/EDT, August 4, 2026. All bids submitted afterward will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide thermal receipt printers that would produce receipts a) serve as proof of payment and b) include pickup time of passports by clients (if required). The printers must be compatible with the IRIS, TEMPO, GCMS applications.
Up to two of the responsive offers with the lowest evaluated price on an item by item basis will be recommended for issue of a SO.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 11 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/01/27.
