INVITATION TO TENDER – EB144-260401 - Louisbourg Wharf Structure 402 Reconstruction In general, work under this contract consists of the reconstruction of Structure 402 in Louisbourg, NS. Site work including mobilization, demobilization, excavation, demolition and removals, hauling and disposal onsite or offsite as required. The Contractor shall perform and complete within 91 weeks of award. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
