AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the SAP Business Network posting response closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and responses must be submitted by November 17, 2025 at 14:00 EDT. All responses submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the submission being declared non-responsive. This procurement is subject to national security exception and is, therefore, excluded from all of the obligations of the trade agreements.Public Services and Procurement Canada’s Human Capital Management Portfolio requires third-party independent benchmark and assurance services to support cost modeling for various HR and Pay-related projects on an “as and when requested” basis, initiated through a Task Authorization (TA).
