Description
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has identified issues within the electrical and mechanical systems of the Centennial Flame. To ensure a comprehensive understanding of the underlying causes of the electrical and mechanical issues, a thorough investigation is essential. A consultant is hereby requested to perform a thorough investigation and assess the current condition of the existing mechanical and electrical systems. The selected consultant will be required to submit a detailed investigation report to PSPC for review. Following review of the investigation report, PSPC may request a new design that addresses the observed issues. The selected option will then be developed by the consultant, and a contractor will be assigned to implement it during construction.
