Requirement Description Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide up to 2.1 million litres of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) through a book and claim system in the voluntary market to the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS). The requirement is broken down into two streams: Stream 1 (Air Operations):These attributes will be used as an in-sector reduction (or inset) to reduce Scope 1 and Scope 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions generated from the consumption of conventional aviation fuel in the Government of Canada’s federal aviation fleet operations Stream 2 (Air Travel): These attributes will be used to reduce Scope 3 GHG emissions generated from the Government of Canada’s employee air travel.

The estimated contract period will be 3 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/01/01.
