This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number Doc5451199582 dated November 24, 2025 with a closing of December 11, 2025 at 2pm. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. PWGSC, on behalf of Department of National Defence, is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition of Snow scrapers for wheel loaders including delivery, installation and training, located in Farnham and St-Jean-sur Richelieu (Quebec) Canada, as detailed in Annex – Statement of Requirement.
