Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide a solution, supplying and installing a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Secure Discussion Area (SDA) within a existing building. 2. The period of the Contract is from contract award to 12 years later. 3. There is a security requirement associated with the requirement. For additional information, consult the bid solicitation document. 4. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. 5. The Offeror must submit pricing in accordance with Annex - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds.
