    Description
    All required supporting documentation and offer submission must be submitted by May 15, 2026 at 2:00pm. All offers submitted after 2:00pm will result in the offer being declared non-responsive. This is for maintenance services on the elevating devices, including all necessary tools, equipment, materials, travel, and labor to maintain, inspect, test, provide software updates and/or upgrades, repair, and services, located at the NDMC 1745 Alta Vista Drive. Mandatory arrangements have been made for a site visit to be held on May 7, 2026 at 10:00am. Offerors that attended the mandatory site visit for Solicitation EJ196‑260929A on February 12 are exempt from re‑attending for EJ196‑260929B. Failure to attend, where required, will result in the offer being declared non‑responsive. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 2:00pm, April 30 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth of the person(s) who will attend. Must wear work boots. Offerors who do not comply will not be permitted to attend the mandatory site visit.
