AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 14 January 2026 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide rapidly deployable anti-ram barriers to secure five (5) key access roads across the base, and provide one (1) day instruction/training on-site. The barriers will be used to prevent unauthorized vehicle entry and to support checkpoint operations to CFB Borden, the Department of National Defence.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 3 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/01/30.
