AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 11 February 2026 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide a Remote Operating Vehicle to the Department of National Defence. Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number WS5457752305 dated 27 November 2025 with a closing of 16 January 2025 at 14:00 EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers.
