Invitation to Qualify for Solicitation B - D200 Metal Racking Demolition and Replacement

This Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) replaces ITQ WS5465716942 dated December 2, 2025, with a closing of December 16, 2025. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offerors who submitted to the previous ITQ. This project includes all labour, materials, and equipment required for the demolition, dismantling, supply, and general construction of cantilever racking systems at Bldg D200, HMC Dockyard, CFB Halifax, NS. This is Phase One of a two‑phase process: Phase One evaluates supplier qualifications; Phase Two invites qualified suppliers to submit a financial bid based on specifications and drawings. The qualification list expires within 60 days or upon contract award, whichever occurs first, and will not be used for any other solicitation. All interested suppliers may submit a qualification form. Proposals must be submitted through SAP Ariba by the date and time indicated, in either official language of Canada.
