    Description
    The Paterson Port of Entry (POE), located at 10 Highway 22, P.O. Box 1030, Rossland,BC V0G 1Y0, has been identified as one of the moderate volume ports to be redeveloped. The proposed new facility will have a larger building, a Primary Inspection Lane booth, three new covered bays, and a new enclosed bay. Selected existing buildings will remain in operation until the new facilities are completed, commissioned and accepted by CBSA, and then demolished thereafter.
    Work must allow the Facility to continue to operate 24 hours a day.
    Complete Works within 23 months from award of Contract.
    Indigenous Participation Plan
    The Government of Canada is committed to reconciliation and meaningful engagement with Indigenous Peoples. This project will take place on the traditional territories of the Okanagan Nation Alliance (comprised of 7 member communities), Ktunaxa Nation Council (comprised of 4 distinct communities), Stoney Nakoda Nations (comprised of 3 Nakoda Tribes), Sinixt Nation (herein collectively referred to as “Indigenous Peoples”, respectfully). This procurement will require bidders to include an Indigenous Participation Plan.

    The estimated contract period will be 21 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/03/30.
