All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by January 19th, 2026 at 01:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 01:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) This AOG requirement is to acquire the following aircraft part for the Bell 429 Fleet for Transport Canada (TC), Air Services Directorate (ASD): PN: 429-042-201-101 (Tail Rotor Gear Box Case Assembly) The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued for this requirement with the appropriate CanadaBuys Standard Instructions and General Conditions and is open only to qualified Supply Arrangement holders for procurement of T8493-140035 series for the Bell 429 Aircraft Fleet.
