Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. Natural Resource Canada, the Polar Continental Shelf Program (PCSP) has a requirement to supply and deliver single seater all-terrain vehicles (ATVs)
