All offers submitted after March 23, 2026 at 2:00PM EDT will result in the offer being declared nonresponsive. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to solicit offers from industry for the provision of Maintenance and Project Delivery Services at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) Missions across continental Africa. This includes a variety of assets under two (2) portfolios located in Northern and Southern African regions, defined herein. This RFP will result in the award of two (2) contracts, one contract for each region. DFATD requires the provision of Maintenance and Project Delivery services for its Missions/offices across Africa to provide a standardized, responsive service delivery mechanism, including but not limited to: General corporate and administrative services, project management services, transition services, property maintenance services, environmental services, technical and engineering services, additional services. The Government of Canada (GC) will not reimburse any respondent for any expenses incurred in responding to this RFP.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/08/03.
