Description
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) that includes, but is not limited for consultants to provide, on an as needed basis, materials, quality control and construction inspection services for a number of projects. This RISO will be from April 1, 2026 or issuance of Standing Offer to March 31st, 2028 inclusive.This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
