Description
The requirement under this General Construction Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is to provide general construction services such as installations, alterations, and repairs , on an as‑required basis at various federal sites across Yukon, including offices, warehouses, storage facilities, detachments, garages, and residences. The SOA period is two (2) years with one (1) additional twelve‑month option, for an estimated total value of $2,520,000 (GST included). The Request For Standing Offer includes two procurement streams:
  • Procurement Set-Aside for Indigenous Business (PSIB) Stream: For businesses at least 51% Indigenous‑owned and listed in the Indigenous Business Directory.
  • General Stream: Open to all businesses, including Indigenous businesses not applying under PSIB.
Offerors may submit only one stream. Submitting to both will result in a non‑responsive bid.
