AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 17 March 2026 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This is a request to establish a National Master Standing Offer. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide rapidly deployable anti-ram barriers to secure key access roads, and provide one (1) day instruction/training on-site or virtually.
