All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 01 April 2026 at 02:00PM EDT. All bids submitted after 02:00PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide academic and professional services, including courseware development, in Ontario and Quebec, to support the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) training courses offered through the Canadian Defence Academy (CDA) to Department of National Defence. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner.
