This RFSO solicitation cancels and supersedes previous RFSO solicitation number WS5605641690 against Doc5605703791 dated 2026-03-24 with a closing of 2026-04-20. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to offerors who offered on the previous solicitation.Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Canada has a requirement to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the supply of ethyl alcohol standard solution, hereinafter referred to as “solution”, on an as and “when requested basis” for delivery locations across Canada.
