This bid solicitation is Phase One of a two-phase procurement process: A) Phase 1: Evaluation of the qualifications of all interested suppliers. B) Phase 2: Only suppliers deemed qualified in Phase 1 will be invited to submit a financial bid based on the project specifications and drawings. Correctional Service Canada (CSC) requires the complete provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the replacement of the existing boiler heating system at Building 18 (Gymnasium) at the Bowden Institution. Bowden Institution is a medium security facility owned and operated by CSC and is located approximately 100 kilometers north of Calgary, AB near the communities of Innisfail and Bowden.
