AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2026-05-15 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number WS54699596043 dated 2026-02-12 with a closing of 2026-03-23 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to lease Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) capable radio sets to enable the CAF in Ontario to establish communication between elements in the field and rear command posts. The requirement will include a firm lease portion as well as “as and when required” to Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 34 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/05/18.
