Julia Aitken Consulting & Design is a consultancy with a heart-centered vision to support and empower organizations to confidently move forward with programs, policies, services and initiatives that deliver meaningful impact and results at the individual, community and global levels. With over 20+ years of professional experience, our consulting suite includes research and evaluation, change management, governance, strategic human resources, strategic planning, performance measurement and business process improvement . In this capacity, we work collaboratively with, and for, a diverse range of private, public, and not-for-profit clients to review and redefine programs, policies and initiatives that support public and mental health, personal and professional development, and economic equity often for members of key groups. This includes girls, women, youth, Indigenous, Métis and Inuit, LGBTQ2+, persons with disabilities, newcomers to Canada and members of the Veteran community (including families). Other initiatives we are passionate about include diversity, inclusion and belonging, gender and racial equality, Indigenous Reconciliation, and advocacy for environmentally conscious and sustainable resource practices Services include: Project Research, Stakeholder Engagement, Strategy and knowledge sharing toolkit development, Analyzing and synthesizing research data, and, Content Research, Writing and Editing
