Educational Services and Supports

LearnAbility Educational Solutions provides specialized training, tutoring, upgrading and DEI supports across sectors. We use an assessment-based model and training needs analysis to customize curriculum, consulting or individual student (or group) learning plans and courses. For students we can provide tutoring, upgrading, GED or skills enhancement. For companies, we offer upgrading, Workplace Education or individual support for employees with disabilities (developing advocacy, accommodations etc.). Additionally, we create or design programs, based on the needs of the organization or group we work with. For example, for trades programs, we designed a math upgrading program in preparation for trades training. We also develop or update educational resources. If a program is outdated or, for example, not written with inclusivity, we re-write and update accordingly. We have been in business for 18 years. Our Founder has been in the field for almost 28 years. We have developed thousands of successful individualized programs, provided workshops and education for companies across the country. We can provide online services anywhere, in person in Nova Scotia and can travel as needed.
