Over thirty years of direct clinical and academic experience, with progressively responsible positions in emergency and family medicine, critical care transport medicine, research and education. My most relevant experience includes contributions and clinical work as a Canadian Certified Physician Assistant in complex continuing care / chronic disease management with Ongomizwiin Health services (serving First Nations communities), as well as the Orleans Cardiopulmonary Group (Cardiology), the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital Emergency Department, and in Primary Care (Internal Medicine) in the communities of Hawkesbury and Vankleek Hill. My entire practice, from Emergency Medicine, Primary Care (Internal Medicine) and cardiology has focused on serving populations that have a significant array of serious chronic diseases and complex health care needs.
