The New Sun Design Group Ltd. détails

Heritage restoration, mineral assessments, stone sculpture.

The New Sun Design Group Ltd is a Vancouver-based masonry restoration, sculptural design, and mineral evaluation industrial design firm with 20 years of projects in British Columbia and internationally. In 2016, the founder of our company was invited by the Trudeau government trade mission to China to represent BC innovation at the Canadian Mining Forum in Beijing and the China Mining Congress in Tianjin. We have also represented Canada and British Columbia on trade missions to Hong Kong and Shanghai. Our product is a registered Canadian Design Patent created to streamline the international export and trade of precious minerals. An ongoing project that requires regular assessment of minerals in Canada and overseas for the use in dimensional stone manufacturing, jewellery manufacturing, sculptural and industrial design. Back home, we work on restoring heritage buildings in Vancouver and the lower mainland. We have just finished the original Nabisco Factory, and are currently working on the 'Keefer', a 125 year old clayburn built Commercial store in Vancouver's historic Chinatown, The Sun Tower, and the Chinese Bethel Church. The 'New Sun' is an internationally recognized stone sculptor and design firm, with experiences that lent themselves to heritage restoration projects very well. Our company is a leader in precious mineral assessments having been published in/interviewed by Resource World Magazine several times; Jewellery Business Magazine; and overseas.
