Parslow Heritage Consultancy Inc. provides cultural heritage resource management services to primarily residential, commercial and public infrastructure developers in Ontario. Our hands-on approach ensures a smooth development process. We make it our business to know and understand what regulatory approval Authorities, Indigenous Communities, and Stakeholders to ensure that archaeological and heritage resources are protected, and all your archaeological and heritage resources needs are met throughout the federal process.    PHC was formed in 2018. While in business for just over 5 years, the staff have upwards of 50 years of experience in the cultural heritage resource management industry. The President of the Company, Dr. Carla Parslow, has both public sector and private sector experience as previously working for the Ontario, Ministry of Transportation as an archaeologist and, serving as an external subject matter expert for Metrolinx through Jacobs. PHC Inc., within its limited time of incorporation has worked with public bodies, including the City of Toronto, Government of Canada, Parks Canada, and various Regions.   PHC is proudly a female owned and WBE Certified as a DIVERSE SUPPLIER and not only do we embrace diversity but thrives on the diversity within our company.
