The Hinton Training Centre (HTC) develops and delivers professional technical training programs for employees of the Province. Additionally, the HTC also delivers workshops, conferences and provides meeting spaces to a variety of clients. The facility has onsite residences and a commercial kitchen that can accommodate 10,000+ clients annually.
The Province requires catering services to be provided at the HTC on an “as needed” basis with no guarantees of work.
Services will consist of buffet style meals (breakfast, lunch and supper) using the onsite commercial kitchen; as well, there may be a requirement to provide clients with “to go” options based upon the needs of the facility.
Due to the dynamics associated with wildfire management, the successful Proponent will need to be flexible and adaptable to satisfy the needs of the Province.
Durée du contrat
La durée estimée du contrat sera de 24 mois, avec une date de début proposée du 2023/03/15.
