Emergency Remediation and Clean Up Services And Reconstruction Services

Project Background- Edmonton Public School Board (EPSB), the Division is seeking to contract with up to five (5) interested and qualified Proponents, to provide emergency remediation and clean up contractor services, on a “as required” basis. Reconstruction Services may be utilized. The Division requires vendor(s) for the remediation and clean up of the following potential events, but not limited to: mould, asbestos, flood, fire, major sewage back-ups, hazardous clean up, and misconduct scene clean-up. The scope of requirements applies to any Division locations throughout the City of Edmonton. The Division expects the Proponents would have the ability for emergency response call-outs 24 hours per day and 7 days a week, including statutory holidays. The Services will be based on a rotational basis. First Service will be offered to the highest scoring Proponent, then second service to the second highest etc, if the contacted vendor turns down the service, the Division will contact the next Vendor.
