Supply & Delivery of Snow and Ice Control (SNIC) Slip-In Equipment Hydraulics and Controls

1 - This RFP is open to all interested suppliers. 2 - The City is seeking proposals from interested Suppliers for the Supply & Delivery of Hydraulic and Control components for a variety of configurations as outlined in the below items: • Dump Truck with Underbelly Plow • Dump Truck with Straight Front Plow • City-Built Slip-In Sander Additional types of equipment may require hydraulics and/ or controls during the term of this agreement, and will be coordinated with the Supplier after award. It is The City’s expectation that the delivered components or items will arrive in pre-packaged kit form and ready to be installed. The City aims to establish mutually beneficial support and communication between awarded parties to ensure that any issues that may impact City operations are addressed in an efficient manner. The Agreement include a one (1) year Competitive PoC phase for up to three (3) of the highest rated proponents, limited to testing of Item 1 - Dump Truck with Underbelly Plow. 3 - This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4 - The Agreement will be for an initial term of two (2) year(s). The Agreement may be renewed, two (2) times for two (2) years each time, no more than six (6) years in total.
