RFP 22-1669 Downtown Programming and Activation Strategy

This RFP is open to all interested parties. The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified consulting firm to develop a downtown programming and activation strategy that identifies gaps in outdoor programming and activations as well as the associated spaces, and develop a strategic framework and action plan to fill these gaps. The downtown programming and activation strategy will focus on enhancing the experience of residents, business owners, workers, students, and visitors in our downtown spaces by building a strategic framework and action plan to address gaps in Calgary’s downtown private and public outdoor programming and activation sites. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process.
