Lenovo Laptops and Related Peripherals

As part of its ‘evergreen’ laptop replacement program, the Alberta Securities Commission ("ASC") intends to replace approximately one third of its laptop inventory each year for the term of the SOA. The ASC is seeking a Vendor to enter into a SOAs to help the ASC’s Information Technology group provide new laptops and peripherals (as set out in this RFSO) to ASC staff on a regular and timely basis. The laptops acquired pursuant to a SOA would replace existing laptops and other equipment approaching the end of their life cycle. Equipment warranties (be it OEM warranties or extended warranty programs) would not commence until the goods are delivered by the Vendor(s) to the ASC.
