Description
The District of Coldstream (“District”) requests Proposals for Waste and Recycling Container Supply and Collection Services at multiple District locations for a period of two (2) years, beginning in November 2023, with the provision for three (3), one (1) year extensions at the District’s discretion.
The District currently has six (6) locations that require various sized containers and frequency of service. These locations have a total of twelve (12) containers of various sizes from 3 to 40 yards. These include four (4) recycle, seven (7) waste, and one (1) roll off bin. The Successful Proponent will supply all of the containers and provide collection services for the duration of the contract.
The District intends to award a Proponent who submits a proposal which, in the sole opinion of the District represents the best overall value to the District.
