This Request for Proposal identifies a business opportunity to provide Marine Structural, Civil and Geotechnical construction services pertaining to the Swartz Bay Berth 5 Upgrade Project.

Organizations interested in reviewing the bid package must download the RFP document, and choose the attachments listed under "RFP Documents".

Note that it is the Proponent's responsibility to check BC Bid for additional posted documents e.g., addendum and Q&A documents that may be issued up until the closing date and time.

Site Visit
An optional site visit at Swartz Bay Terminal will be conducted during the RFP process at 09:00, August 28, 2023. Proponents must inform mark.drebit@bcferries.com, BC Ferries terminal construction representative, via email three business days in advance of the scheduled time/date to secure attendance.

Proposal Submission
Proposals in response to this RFP must be sent to Shelley Cavanaugh (the “Contact Person”) at shelley.cavanaugh@bcferries.com and must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. PST, on September 8, 2023.
