Description
It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to conduct a two-stage solicitation process initiated with this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”). A second solicitation will be issued to only those successful Respondents that are prequalified. This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Respondents to submit Responses to become Pre-Qualified to participate in the second stage (Request for Proposal (RFP) stage) of the solicitation for the supply of Construction Management Services for Permanent Supportive Housing, as further described in Tender documents.
Proponents must submit a signed Appendix F – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location including site-specific reports and/or appendices. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the NDA.
Signed NDA must be submitted to the attention of BC Housing Contract with a clear indication of this RFP number and title in the subject line.
Note: It is the Proponent’s sole responsibility to verify that their NDA has been received by BC Housing and requested information about the property type and location.
