Description
Notice is hereby given by the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General of its intent to direct award a project management contract for strategic advice, consultation and direction, analysis and report(s) on high-priority projects, and manage stakeholder relationships at the intersection of law enforcement and Government. Additional information regarding services can be found in the attached NOI document.
Wok to be carried out by Tonia Enger. The term of the contract will be from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024. This contract will not contain an option to extend. The total value of this contract will not exceed $240,000, inclusive of travel.
The Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General has chosen not to tender the contemplated contract for the following reason(s):
- Tonia Enger possesses the requisite security clearances and is a subject matter expert with direct knowledge and experience in RCMP internal processes, hierarchy and executive operations. Additionally, Ms. Enger’s background also includes experience working in the Policing and Security Branch on several policing initiatives and has an extensive understanding of branch processes and requirements, in addition to a demonstrated leadership in strategic projects involving municipal, provincial and federal stakeholders.
- The Ministry believes but cannot strictly prove that this is the only vendor capable of providing the service required as specified in the requirements above.
Durée du contrat
La durée estimée du contrat sera de 12 mois.
