Description
The District of North Vancouver (the “District”) invites detailed Proposals from qualified Executive Search Firms (the “Proponents”) with significant experience recruiting for local government employers in British Columbia across a wide range of professional verticals, including but not limited to: Engineering, Finance, Emergency Services, Corporate Services, Building/Inspections/Permitting, Municipal Planning, Legal Services and Real Estate. The successful firm will be required to provide a range of executive search services including but not limited to: developing an understanding of the District’s structure and operations, conducting positional needs assessments based on stakeholder input, creating detailed position profiles and recruitment strategies, conducting sourcing activities in alignment with developed strategies, reviewing and screening identified candidates (in alignment with best practices and established criteria), developing a short-list of candidates for the District’s review and consideration, assisting as requested with creating and conducting a comprehensive interview process, providing thorough reference and background checks at a time established in consultation with the District (the “Services), all on an as and when required basis under a ‘Standing Offer Agreement’.
