Description
The Ministry will partner with a Contractor to deliver the BC Food Hub Network Partner Materials. The Partner Materials created through this project will serve as important recruitment tools for hubs to promote their services to potential clients.
The Ministry is seeking a full-service multimedia firm to produce a series of videos, photos, and supporting print materials. This includes:
1. Video production planning, videography, post-production editing
2. Photography and editing
3. Graphic design, copywriting, updating, and creation of collateral materials, using existing foodhubsBC branding.
The contract term is from September 5, 2023, to March 31, 2024, with an option to renew for two (2) additional years. The budget is a maximum of $90,000 in year 1, $70,000 in year 2, and $50,000 in year 3, for a total project value of $210,000, including services and eligible expenses.
