CRM Digital Skills Training

Innovate BC is seeking to enter into a Contract with an experienced and qualified organization to design, develop and deliver a comprehensive digital skills training program to small-and-medium-sized businesses in British Columbia. The program is expected to provide the necessary training, guidance, and support to BC-based businesses to effectively deploy, maintain, and leverage enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) tools that improve efficiencies, productivity, and support business growth.  The term of the Contract is anticipated to be three years, commencing in January 2024.  Interested parties are encouraged to submit proposals that demonstrate the suggested approach, capabilities, and experience to deliver a high-quality, tailored CRM skills training program that meets the specific requirements of Innovate BC and the provincial government.  Further details as to the scope of this opportunity and the requirements can be found within this RFP.
