Electrical Consultant for Autoline replacement project E254-00

Fraser Health Authority (FH) intends to enter into an agreement with AtkinsRealis for the Burnaby Hospital Laboratory Automation replacement project (E254-00). The additional contract value is $21,000 (for construction administration) with $36,000 completed for the maximum contract value of $57,000 - plus tax.
FH has chosen not to complete a public tendering process but negotiate the contemplated contract for the following reasons:
Consultants may challenge this decision by sending an email to Carolyn Wiens by March 8, 2024 – 15:00 hours local time.
Provide proof showing your experience related to the requirements defined in this Notice of Intent, qualifications, workplan, insurance coverage, and worksafe BC clearance letter. Only challenges from qualified contractors will be reviewed.

FH has chosen not to complete a public tendering process but negotiate the contemplated contract for the following reasons:
- AtikinsRealis is currently the Electrical Consultant of record for the Project (Burnaby Hospital Lab Automation Project).
- AtikinsRealis has extensive knowledge of BH Lab Project and created the documents and specifications and is currently executing the work.
- AtikinsRealis is registered and complies with all applicable WorkSafe BC regulations.
- AtikinsRealis has professional liability insurance coverage.
