Description
Notice is hereby given that the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (“BCLC”) intends to direct award a contract to the Future Anthem Group (including, Future Anthem Ltd. and AnthemXT Ltd.) for real-time personalization machine learning technology, and related professional services including product development and research.
Vendors wishing to challenge this decision should EMAIL a letter of objection by March 27, 2024, before 2:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) (the “Closing Date”) to:
ebid@bclc.com, Attention: Heather McLeod, Subject: NOI 2324-240314HM
The letter must outline, in writing, the specific reasons for the objection. A vendor’s ability to offer comparable or better services that meet all key criteria at the same or a lower cost in the same time frame will be the key criteria in considering the letter of objection. BCLC will consider any compliant objections it receives prior to the Closing Date and determine if and how it will proceed with the contract award.
